BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. C. A. R. Crosland (30) is a lecturer on economics at Oxford University. A member of Oxford University Labour Party, he is on the national executive of the Fabian Society and was president of the Oxford Union in 1946. During the war he served with the Airborne Division in North Africa and Austria.
