Mr. W. P. Campbell, a Fellow of the Spectacle Makers’ Company, is a sales director and works council chairman at an Enfield optical nnn. He served in the Army in both world wars. In the first he won the Military Medal while serving with the London Division, and ‘n the second was with the Royal Artillery and then with the R.A.S.C. He served in Normandy, Belgium and Germany.
