Mr. T. A. MacNair is a Glasgow man of 45 who went to George Heriot’s School, Edinburgh. After eight years in the Far East he worked in 1939 as election agent for the Scottish Liberal Federation, and during the war was on the security staff of the regional commissioner for Scotland.
