BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. F. C. Watt, K..C, a native of Berwickshire, is 53, and was elected for Central Edinburgh at a by-election in 1941, losing the seat in 1945. Graduating at Edinburgh University, he served his law apprenticeship in Glasgow and was called to the Scottish Bar in 1925. From 1940 to 1946, he was a junior counsel to the Treasury in Scotl?nd. As an officer of the K.O.S.B., he served in France and Italy during the war.
