BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. R. H. Lewis contested Rugby in 1945. Aged 40, and a railwayman, he lives near Mansfield, and is a member of Derbyshire County Council and chairman of the governors of Shirebrook Grammar School. He has been a Methodist preacher for 23 years. He served in the Middle East with the R.A.S.C. in the war.
