BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. L. W. Joynson-Hicks, second son of the first Viscount Brentford, was born in 1902 and is senior partner in a firm of solicitors. Educated at Winchester and Trinity College, Oxford, he served from 1939 to 1945 with the Royal Navy and reached the rank of Lt.-C?dr. He was first elected to Parliament in 1942.
