BIOGRAPHY :

Dr. E. D. Kay was educated in London and graduated at King’s College, London University. Beginning his medical studies in 1938, he qualified at Westminster Hospital in 1945. He was a member of the council of the Liberal Party from 1945 to 1948, when he began his military service, some of which was at Aden.
