BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. A. T. Lennox-Boyd has represented this division since 1931. Born in 1904, he was educated at Sherborne and Christ Church, Oxford, where he was president of 1 the Union. When 33, he became Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Labour, and in the wartime Government successively held the offices of Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministries of Home Security, of Food, and of Aircraft Production, except for two years in the R.N.V.R. He is an authority on civil aviation and colonial affairs.
