BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. P. W. Donner was member for West Islington, 1931-35, and since 1935 for Basingstoke. Son of the first Finnish Minister to Britain, he is 46, and was educated at Eastbourne College and Exeter College, Oxford, where he gained an honours degree in English literature. He has made a study of imperial development and administration.
