BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. W. R. Milligan, K.C., who is 51, contested the St. Rollox division of Glasgow in 1945. He has been in practice as an advocate for nearly 25 years. His father, a parish minister, was a professor in the University of Glasgow and Mr. Milligan is keenly interested in the affairs of the Church of Scotland. At one time a keen athlete, in 1920 he represented Scotland against England and Ireland.
