Mr. L. G. Bayley is a 27-year-old Manchester University student reading commerce. He comes from an old Liberal family, “is grandfather having been Liberal M.P. for North Camberwell. On the Liberal Party Council he represents Manchester University and he is chairman of the Students’ Liberal Society.
