    To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the Answer of 26 January 2016 to Question 23324, for what reasons her Department has decided not to publish A-level data split by type of special educational need or to collect additional data on the outcomes achieved by students who have a disability but not an identified special educational need in 2015.

    The statistical first release Level 2 and 3 attainment by young people aged 19 [1] includes attainment data broken down by School Action, School Action Plus and those with statements of SEN at academic age 15. The 2015 update will be published in April 2016.

    The Revised A level and other level 3 results in England statistical first release does not currently provide SEN or disability breakdowns but, as part of our reforms to 16-19 accountability measures, we will consider if it is possible to provide these breakdowns at national level in the future.

    To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 11 February 2016 to Question 26129, in which constituencies the £380,000 that the Government spent on community organisations preventing female genital mutilation and forced marriage in 2014-15 was spent.

    In 2014/15, the Government provided over £380,000 to community organisations through the Home Office’s Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) Community Engagement Initiative and the Department for Communities and Local Government’s FGM and forced marriage prevention projects.

    Many of the projects had regional or national remits, or both, meaning it is not possible to breakdown the project spend by constituency. However, areas covered included:

    Increasing trade and growth through exports, to all overseas markets including Hong Kong and China is a key factor in the Government’s long-term economic plan. Government departments are working together to support UK businesses looking to take advantage of overseas opportunities and to create a strong business environment that allows them to flourish on the international stage.

    The focus on China and Hong Kong is exemplified by the fact that UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) has some 180 full-time equivalent posts in these markets, representing its largest overseas team working on trade and investment. UKTI also works in partnership with the China Britain Business Council (CBBC) which delivers volume trade support on its behalf for UK companies looking to export to China. CBBC offers support for UK businesses across 13 strategic locations in China.

    To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, for how long provision has been made under the Public Duty Cost Allowance for payments to the right hon. Member for Sheffield, Hallam.

    The purpose of the Public Duties Cost Allowance is to assist former Prime Ministers with the costs of continuing to fulfil duties associated with their previous position in public life. Exceptionally, the then Prime Minister agreed that the former Deputy Prime Minister , the Rt Hon Member for Sheffield Hallam, should be able to have access to the allowance to recognise the special position he held in the Coalition Government. Other former Deputy Prime Ministers are not eligible for the allowance. The allowance is set at a maximum limit of £115,000 per annum. The amounts paid are a reimbursement of expenses, accounted for in the published Cabinet Office Annual Reports and Accounts. The former Deputy Prime Minister is eligible for the allowance from the date of leaving ministerial office for the duration of this Parliament.

    Six European Court of Justice rulings have not yet been implemented. These are listed below:

    1.Case number C-161/14 – Commission v UK

    An infraction judgment made by the Court of Justice of the European Union, where the court ruled that the UK has failed to apply the VAT reduced rate to supplies of energy saving materials correctly. This is currently under review.

    2. Case 301/10 (October 2012) – Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive – Commission v UK

    The infraction judgment concerned the appropriate collection of urban waste water of agglomerations in Whitburn and London, and the appropriate treatment of urban waste water of agglomerations in London. Works on collection facilities at Whitburn are due to be completed by the end of 2017. Works to collection and treatment facilities, including the Thames Tideway Tunnel, are due to be completed by 2023.

    3. Case 304/15 (September 2016) – Large Combustion Plants Directive – Commission v UK

    The infraction judgment concerned permitted NOx emissions from a coal-fired power station in Aberthaw. The regulator, Natural Resources Wales, will review the environmental permit to amend the emission limits early in 2017, with modifications at the plant due to take place in summer 2017. There has also been a recalculation of the power station’s contribution to the UK’s Transitional National Plan for combustion plants.

    4. C-530/11 European Commission v UK

    The Court of Justice of the European Union handed down an infraction judgment concluding that the UK had breached EU law by failing to ensure procedures for certain environmental challenges were not prohibitively expensive.

    5. Case number C-304/14 – Secretary of State for the Home Department v CS

    A judgement on the interpretation of Article 20 TFEU, regarding the right of citizens of the Union and their family members to move and reside freely within the territory of the Member States.

    6. Case number C-115/15 – Secretary of State for the Home Department v NA

    A judgement on the interpretation of Articles 20 and 21 TFEU regarding freedom of movement for workers within the Community.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many deaths occurred on rural roads in 2014 to 2015.

    In 2014, 1,063 people were killed in reported personal injury road accidents on rural roads in Great Britain. This compares to an annual average of 1,702 people killed in reported personal injury road accidents on rural roads in Great Britain over 2005-2009.

    Rural roads are roads outside settlements with a population of 10 thousand or more, excluding motorways.

    Data for 2015 will be available in June 2016.
