    Home Office officials monitor and conduct regular daily discussions with all COMPASS providers about management and execution of the contract, including the short-term use of contingency accommodation arrangements such as those employed by Serco in Wigan.

    Home Office officials have been very clear with its providers that all measures to increase procurement of suitable accommodation must be taken to ensure that accommodation consistently matches demand.

    We regularly raise our concerns over human rights in Saudi Arabia with the Saudi Arabian government, and did so most recently on 22 February. We repeatedly call on the Iranian government to guarantee the human rights of all Iranians and will continue to do so. The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond), most recently raised the issue with Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif when he visited the UK on 5 February.

    Reports that Iran has test launched two long-range missiles are of deep concern. Such activity is inconsistent with UN Security Council Resolution 2231, and we are writing to the UN Security Council to request a report into the tests. We urge Iran to refrain from further tests.

    Exit checks were introduced on 8 April 2015. My Department is considering the use of exit checks data for statistical reporting purposes and plans to publish an initial evaluation of the use of exit checks for this purpose on 26 May. Any data published then will be subject to data assurance standards.

    Accident and emergency (A&E) waiting times for patients who arrive by ambulance start either when the ambulance crew hand over the patient to the A&E department, or 15 minutes after the ambulance registers its arrival at A&E, whichever is earlier.

    The UK continues to strongly condemn Russia’s ongoing violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. The EU has agreed a robust sanctions package against Russia, including specific measures targeting those responsible for infrastructure projects linking Crimea to Russia.

    The Independent Review of Secondary Ticketing required by the Consumer Rights Act will consider evidence and report by 26 May 2016.
