    To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many people aged (a) under 18 and (b) 18 years and over were admitted to hospital with a condition related to alcohol misuse in each year since 2010.

    The attached tables contain the sum of the estimated alcohol attributable fractions (AAFs) for admissions for patients aged (a) 0-17 years and (b) 18 years and over for the years 2010-11 to 2012-13.

    It should be noted that these figures are not a count of people and represent an estimated number of admissions that were attributable to alcohol.

    AAFs are based on the proportion of a given diagnosis or injury that is estimated to be attributed to alcohol. Some diagnoses or injuries will, by definition, be wholly attributable to alcohol and have an AAF of one, others will only be partly attributable to alcohol and have an AAF greater than zero, but less than one. Diagnoses or injuries that are not attributable at all to alcohol will have an AAF of zero.

    These figures are derived by summing all AAFs for the relevant admissions and should, therefore only be interpreted as an estimate of the number of admissions that can be attributed to alcohol.

    In addition, partial AAFs are not applicable to children aged under 16 years, therefore figures for this age group relate only to wholly – attributable admissions.

    The Health and Social Care Information Centre – Statistics on Alcohol: England, 2014 report manually implemented new methodology against the 2012-13 data in their report. However, no change to the underlying Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) data has been currently made.

    The proportion of detainees who have escaped from detention or from escort in each of the last four years who have been returned to detention is 37% (7) of 19 detainees. One detainee was not returned to detention but located overseas. Major changes to the estate since 2010 have included the closure of the lower security site at Oakington Reception Centre in November 2010 and increased capacity at the higher security centre at Harmondsworth in July 2010. The management information above has been reached by the examination of individual records. It does not form part of published statistics and is not subject to the detailed checks that apply for National Statistics publications. It is provisional and subject to change.

    Bids to run the 21 Community Rehabilitation Companies are expected by the end of June, with contract winners being announced by the end of 2014. We will announce the list of preferred bidders when the evaluation has been concluded. We are committed to the roll out of payment by results by 2015.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, if he will estimate the cost to the public purse of extending entitlement to free school meals to all claimants of universal credit once universal credit has been fully rolled out in Scotland.

    The Scottish Government is responsible for defining the entitlement criteria for these passported benefits. They will need to consider the current eligibility criteria and make arrangements to ensure that they can continue to deliver these benefits as Universal Credit is introduced.

    There is ongoing engagement between the Scottish Government and the Department for Work and Pensions to ensure that any solution is simple, fair, easy to understand and affordable.

    The Commission informs me that it will report to both Parliament and individual Members at appropriate points, and in line with its statutory duties throughout the implementation of Individual Electoral Registration.

    To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will hold discussions with Lloyds Bank on the effect of the proposed closure of its contact centre in Warrington on women workers who cannot re-locate because of (a) childcare or other caring responsibilities and (b) a lack of adequate public transport provision.

    Lloyds Banking Group, is run on a commercial basis. The bank retains its own independent board and management team with responsibility for determining its own strategies and commercial policies including those which may relate to the location of business functions.

    The Government’s shareholding in Lloyds is managed on an arm’s length basis by UK Financial Investments Ltd (UKFI). As an engaged shareholder, UKFI works closely with the bank’s management to hold management rigorously to account for performance. UKFI’s role is to manage the investment and ensure that the bank’s strategy maximises value for money for the taxpayer. The Government does not get involved in any of the day to day decisions of Lloyds Bank.

    Further details of the support provided were published in UK Export Finance’s Annual Report and Accounts for 2011/12 and 2012/13.

    Under its products aimed at supporting exports of goods and services sold on short terms of credit (e.g. light manufactured items), UK Export Finance does not routinely record the sector of the overseas buyer. However, to the best of its knowledge, UK Export Finance has not provided support under these products that directly relates to the coal mining sector.

    Arts Council England funding supports a number of arts organisations in Folkestone and Hythe constituency including the Creative Foundation (which received £500,000 Grants for the Arts funding for the Folkestone Triennial 2014) and Strange Cargo Arts Company (which received £95,000 Lottery funding in 2014/15).

    There are currently no petroleum licences in effect in any part of Northamptonshire. We launched a new round of onshore licensing last year and received applications in October. I cannot comment on the nature of the bids or the locations for which plans might be being considered while DECC’s assessment of the applications continues. However we are aiming to be in a position to announce licence offers shortly.
