    The Government is discussing detailed aspects of the draft Wales Bill with the Welsh Government. The Government has no plans to publish representations made by the Welsh Government given the need for both Governments to maintain an open and frank dialogue on the content of the Bill.

Companies are free to choose the technology they use to treat water and in doing so are required to ensure it is correctly designed, operated and maintained. Increasingly a combination of filtration and ultra violet light is used by companies in England and Wales as an alternative to chlorine.

    Stamp duty land tax (SDLT) is payable by purchasers of UK land or property, whether or not the purchaser is resident in the UK. The rates apply equally to UK and foreign nationals or companies.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will publish the terms and conditions of the agreement reached between the Welsh and UK Governments in 2012 on the funding of the electrification of (a) the Great Western mainline from Cardiff to Swansea and (b) the Valleys lines.
