To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many people have been referred by the National Crime Agency to regional police forces in (a) 2014 and (b) so far in 2015; and how many of those people are under suspicion of involvement in crimes of child abuse.

The National Crime Agency does not collect data on the number of people referred to police forces. In respect of child abuse, the NCA disseminates information related to child sexual exploitation to law enforcement partners on a regular basis.

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to paragraph 1.271 of the Spending Review and Autumn Statement 2015, how much funding has been allocated to cultural facilities at the Olympic Park.

The government announced at Autumn Statement 2014 that it would provide £141m of funding for the cultural and university quarter in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Spending Review and Autumn Statement 2015 confirmed that the government will provide funding for this.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many temporary exclusion orders have been issued since the Counter Terrorism and Security Act 2015 came into force; how many of those orders resulted in the individual (a) being excluded from the UK and (b) returning to the UK with obligations placed on them; and of those allowed to return how many were relocated in the UK on their return.

The Government will publish information about the use of temporary exclusion orders as part of a wider report including information about the use of other investigative and disruptive powers. As a new power which can only become available this year, TEOs will be inculded in next year’s report which will cover the use of powers in 2015.

To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, which countries were invited to the Syria Donors Conference; and which of those countries she expects to attend.

The Prime Minister is co-hosting the conference on “Supporting Syria and the Region (London 2016)” along with the Amir of Kuwait, the Federal German Chancellor, the Prime Minister of Norway and the United Nations Secretary-General.

Over 70 countries have been invited to the conference to raise significant new humanitarian and development funding, and address the longer-term needs of those affected by the Syria crisis. This includes current and potential donors as well as countries hosting large numbers of Syrian refugees, Representatives from Non-Government Organisations and the private sector. We are still receiving responses but expect strong attendance at the highest levels.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will make an assessment of the treatment of single mothers and victims of trafficking who have been returned from the UK to Albania after their return to that country.

The Home Office does not monitor returnees after they have returned to their country of origin.

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether the Government plans to devolve agricultural subsidies to the devolved administrations once Britain exits the Common Agricultural Policy.

Across the UK, agriculture will receive the same level of funding that it would have received under the Common Agricultural Policy until at least the end of the Multi-Annual Financial Framework in 2020, even if the UK leaves the EU before this point.

The UK Government will be working closely with the devolved administrations as we work on future agriculture policy.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will ensure that the UK continues to have access to EU security agreements and policing protocols used to combat terrorism following withdrawal from the EU.

The Government continues to work closely with European partners, as with other international allies, to combat the threat from terrorist groups. That includes strong bilateral cooperation and the continued use of a range of EU tools that contribute to keeping our citizens safe. Following the referendum, the UK retains its rights and obligations as a full member of the EU, up to the point at which we exit.

The Government is clear that effective cooperation with EU Member States on security and policing in order to combat terrorism will continue to be a UK priority, and key partners have confirmed their commitment to continue to work closely in an area where the UK has played a key role in advancing European capability.

As part of the exit negotiations, we will need to consider the full range of options to ensure effective cooperation after the UK leaves the EU. This will include taking into account the evolving nature of the terrorist threat we face.

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what assessment he has made of the potential cost to (a) the aerospace industry, (b) the car manufacturing industry and (c) other manufacturing in the UK of not having access to the EU Single Market.

There are a number of factors that the Government will need to consider when developing our strategy for negotiating our withdrawal from the European Union. The Department is working closely with businesses to understand their concerns and I will be working with colleagues across government to make sure we understand all of the potential risks and opportunities across the economy. This will continue to inform our approach as we seek to shape our future relationship with Europe.
