    To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps her Department is taking to improve the personal fitness and health of police officers.

    The Winsor review of police officer and staff pay and conditions, which the Home Secretary commissioned, recommended in March 2012 that fitness testing should be introduced. Following consideration by the Police Advisory Board, mandatory fitness testing was implemented on 1 September 2014.

    The management of initiatives that support officers to improve fitness is a matter for individual police forces and the College of Policing has issued guidance in this area.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many patients attending A&E departments aged 0 to 18 years in 2014-15 were diagnosed with psychiatric conditions in 2014-15.

    18,673 accident and emergency (A&E) attendances by patients aged 0 to 18 had a diagnosis of a psychiatric condition in 2014-15.

    Notes:

    1. These figures are from Hospital Episode Statistics (HES).

    2. A&E Diagnosis

    The main diagnosis recorded for A&E attendances. Please note that the recording of the diagnosis field within the A&E data set is not mandatory. It is not known to what extent changes over time are as a result of improvements in recording practice. The following codes were used in this enquiry: 35 = Psychiatric conditions

    3. Provisional data

    The data are provisional and may be incomplete or contain errors for which no adjustments have yet been made. Counts produced from provisional data are likely to be lower than those generated for the same period in the final data set. This shortfall will be most pronounced in the final month of the latest period. It is also probable that clinical data are not complete, which may in particular affect the last two months of any given period. There may also be errors due to coding inconsistencies that have not yet been investigated and corrected.

    HES is not the official source of total A&E activity, this is the NHS England Situation Reports Collection-

    Employment Support Funds are maintained and dispensed by University Student Unions. They are typically used to provide support for the cost of attending an interview for a job or further study. Government is not responsible for this funding and we therefore do not hold the data requested.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how much his Department spent on the veterans’ accommodation fund in each year since 2010.

    The £40 million Veterans Accommodation Fund was open for applications in 2014 using LIBOR money to support projects providing veterans accommodation. Successful projects were announced between July 2014 and July 2015, with a total of 16 projects supported. For details of the funding allocated to the successful projects I refer the hon. Member to the answers I gave on 2 June 2015 and 23 November 2015 to the hon. Member for St. Helens North (Mr McGinn) to Questions 428 and 16834.

    In addition, the Chancellor announced in March 2015 a new £25 million Aged Veterans Fund staged over five years; this is also provided from LIBOR fines and charities can apply for funding to help veterans born before 1950. The Aged Veterans Fund is now closed for applications, but it will reopen in 2016.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what assistance his Department is providing to the National Museum of the Royal Navy in making urgent repairs to HMS Victory.

    In March 2012 the custodianship of HMS Victory transferred to the HMS Victory Preservation Company, a charitable trust established as part of the National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) to ensure the preservation of the ship for future generations.

    Part of this arrangement was a £25 million grant from the Ministry of Defence matched by a similar grant from the Gosling Foundation. The Heritage Lottery Fund contributed an addition £5 million from its Catalyst Fund. These funds form an endowment for the maintenance of the vessel. The NMRN continues to receive Grant in Aid from the Royal Navy, but the maintenance and repair of the ship is the responsibility of the Museum and the Trust.

    Opportunity to review how the ONS SIC code system captures the computer games industry only occurs when the UN considers revising the overall SIC system. The UN last considered a revision in 2015, and decided against it.

    DCMS is working with trade bodies across the Creative Industries, in particular with Ukie and Nesta, to build the case for change when the next opportunity to review the SIC codes arises in 2017. DCMS also continues to work with ONS to lobby for these changes.

    Air Passenger Duty is payable by airlines and not on a per airport basis. Therefore HMRC does not collect the data to produce a reliable estimate.
