To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what proportion of green belt land in Mid Dorset and North Poole has been redesignated as community land trust in the last five years.

The Department does not hold information centrally on the amount or type of land held by community land trusts.
The Department’s annual Green Belt statistics monitor the amount of land designated as Green Belt in England and any changes to the designated area since the previous year. The statistics record the change by local planning authority.
Of the local planning authorities for which information was requested, the following have made changes to the Green Belt in the last five years:
East Dorset reduced the area of designated Green Belt in 2014-15 by 160 hectares to 16,720 hectares, a reduction of 1 per cent; and
Purbeck increased the area of designated Green Belt in 2012-13 by 460 hectares to 8,200 hectares, an increase of 6 per cent.

The Government believes that all-seater stadiums are the best means to ensure the safety and security of fans at football in England and Wales. I refer my hon. Friend to the Written Ministerial Statement made by my hon. Friend the Member for Keighley and Ilkley (Kris Hopkins) on 26 March 2015, HCWS498, that sets out the considerable progress achieved by the Ministerial Working Group on Homelessness in the last Parliament. Local authorities and the voluntary and community sector have used the £500 million provided by this Government since 2010 to tackle and prevent homelessness, stopping 935,800 households from becoming homeless in the first place. It has also helped launch a significant number of important initiatives, including:
This Government remains committed to preventing and tackling homelessness. The Working Group is meeting again on Monday 30 November.

As health is a devolved matter these issues are not regularly discussed between Ministers and their counterparts in the devolved administrations, however research and evidence of best practice is made widely available throughout the United Kingdom.

Patients who are not ‘ordinarily resident’ in the United Kingdom and to whom no exemption from charges under the Charging Regulations applies should be directly charged.
Clinical commissioning groups are responsible for funding the care of those visitors to the UK who are exempt from charges and those services that are free to all overseas visitors. Data are not collected centrally.
