To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what support services there are for young people who victims of cybercrime.

The provision of victim care is a matter for the police and police and crime commissioners, who, since April 2015, have the responsibility for commissioning victim service provision. Where a crime has been reported, the Victims Code (October 2015) sets out key entitlements to victims of all crime. Victims under 18 years of age automatically qualify for enhanced entitlements. The service provider must ensure that this information is passed on as necessary to other services providers with responsibilities under the Code and to victim support services where appropriate.
Through the National Cyber Security Programme (NCSP), Government has also invested over £90m over the last five years to increase law enforcement capability and capacity to respond to cyber criminality. This has included funding for bespoke officers within the Regional Organised Crime Units and the Metropolitan Police Service to deliver protective advice and support to victims and those at risk.
It has also included training for all police officers and staff by the College of Policing, which has specific modules on working with young victims. We will look to build on this work over the next five years, as part of the increased investment of £1.9bn to protect the UK from cyber attack.

To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Baroness Neville-Rolfe on 2 November (HL2909) regarding breaches of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by ticket resale websites, what action they are taking to highlight to the general public (1) the existence of, and (2) the functions of, the Citizens Advice consumer helpline.

The Government advises consumers through Gov.uk to contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline, which is funded by BIS, on any questions relating to consumer law, including ticket resales. The helpline advises consumers on their rights and remedies and will pass on complaints to Trading Standards where appropriate.
Awareness of the helpline is also raised through national consumer campaigns such as Scams Awareness Month and National Consumer Week which Government supports through the Consumer Protection Partnership. Citizens Advice produces leaflets and other materials informing consumers of their rights and how to look out for scams.

The Department for Education regularly speaks to a wide range of head teachers, academy chief executives, teachers and subject associations. We invited a group of headteachers and PSHE practitioners to work with us on improving the quality of PSHE.
These individuals were selected because of the high quality provision in their schools. The list of contributors will be known when the report is published.

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what steps he is taking to encourage the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency to implement the review of staffing and deployment agreed with trades unions in February 2014.

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) regularly shares staffing data with the Trade Union Side (TUS) and has met them on many occasions since February 2014 to discuss matters including, but not limited to, staffing and deployment. A timeline was agreed with the TUS for these discussions to conclude on 23 September 2015 in order for them to ballot members on the position reached. Despite the final position on these talks being rejected by the TUS DVSA offered to continue discussions, on an ongoing basis, about staffing and deployment.
DVSA is currently engaged in talks via ACAS with the Prospect Union, who have suspended industrial action, and hopes to be able to do the same with the Public and Commercial Services Union.

We are deeply concerned by the recent violence across the Occupied Palestinian Territories and Israel. We have had a number of discussions about this matter with the Israeli authorities over recent weeks. On 19 November, our Ambassador to Tel Aviv discussed the ongoing violence with Gilad Erdan, the Israeli Minister for Strategic Affairs, Public Security and Information. On 24 November, I raised this issue with the Israeli Chargé d’Affaires and officials from Israel’s Ministry of Defence.
