The Prime Minister, David Cameron, has recalled Parliament for one day to discuss the rioting. He also confirmed that there will be 16,000 police officers in London tonight to limit any further rioting.
The Prime Minister, David Cameron, has confirmed that he is returning to the UK after the Home Secretary, Theresa May, and the police forces have failed to control the riots.
